Your tasks:

  • You welcome and bid farewell to our guests.
  • You manage the entire check-in and check-out process.
  • You take care of guest and supplier support.
  • You accept room reservations and cancellations.
  • You answer guest inquiries and handle administrative tasks (e.g., maintaining and updating guest data, as well as managing payments and invoices).
  • You process payments and invoices.

Our requirements:

  • Completed training in the hotel and catering industry or comparable qualification.
  • Experience at the reception desk of our hotel or in dealing with guests.
  • You are friendly, open-minded, and have a positive attitude.
  • You are self-reliant, communicative, and guest-oriented.
  • Loyalty, reliability, flexibility, and good time management are a matter of course for you.
  • You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You are confident in using common MS Office applications.

In this position, you are responsible for the preparation of exquisite dishes and contribute to providing our guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the independent preparation of high-quality dishes for the à la carte service as well as for banquet menus and buffets.
  • You manage your own station and are responsible for the coordination and organization of the workflow in your kitchen station.
  • You handle the ordering, acceptance, and control of goods.
